CYCLE & FLOW

Evidence-based fertility education, empowerment, and support.

I’m a fertility awareness educator and fertility support practitioner. I have a background in biology and value evidence-based support.

Your fertility is an integral part of your body and health, whether or not you hope to become pregnant. Understanding the cycles and patterns of hormones can empower you to live in tune with your body.

I am PUMPED to be presenting at the @wildrosesfestival in just a week and a half. Your cycle is not random. Periods are late because ovulation is late, and ovulation is late because your body has an amazing ability to delay it if it’s not the best time for a pregnancy. When you’re trying to conceive and it doesn’t work right away, life might start to feel like you’re on a hamster wheel. Wow, I am so grateful to have gotten this notification from @fertility_canada Cervical mucus, a large part of the discharge that we see throughout the menstrual cycle, has many incredibly important roles to play. Did you know that the menstrual cycle is actually made up of multiple cycles? Have you been hearing that you can take your temperature and it will help you understand your menstrual cycle? After ovulation, an egg has 12-24 hours to be fertilized within the upper third of the fallopian tube. I will never not find it magical to see ovulation happening in my cycle chart and feel confident in knowing what my body is up to. Cycle positivity vibes!
